When scheduling an appointment at Zen Dental, a deposit of up to 50% of the estimated cost of the treatment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and accommodate other patients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
Cancellation notices must be provided during our regular business hours.
Failure to Attend Appointments:
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited.
Short Notice Cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice the full deposit will be retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
